Lindsay Misiner

Lindsay Misiner is a talented independent artist, songwriter, and performer based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Misiner possesses a distinctive musical style that fuses Soul, R&B, and Pop influences, with echoes of artists like Erykah Badu, Macy Gray, and Amy Winehouse. Her artistry is marked by a vulnerability, with her compositions characterized by candid, clever lyrics that harmonize flawlessly with her soul-stirring vocals.
Notably, Lindsay Misiner has been a key figure in the Halifax music scene as leader of nine-piece Soul and R&B band called “Lindsay Misiner & The 7th Mystic” for eight years, serving as the band leader, lead vocalist, and manager. The band achieved local success with the release of their self-titled full-length album in April 2023 and toured various parts of Nova Scotia.
Lindsay’s is currently working on her debut solo EP to be released in May of 2023, in collaboration with Alex Meade. This upcoming project is highly anticipated and expected to further establish her as a powerhouse artist in the urban music scene.
